4分：有限的英语水平（The user's basic competence is limited to familiar situations. Has frequent problems in understanding and expression. Is not able to use complex language.)

3分：非常有限的英语水平（The user conveys and understands only general meaning in very familiar situations. There are frequent breakdowns in communication.)

2分：基本不能理解（The user has great difficulty understanding spoken and written English.)
